The Optical Science Group (OSG) is part of the
Nanoelectronics and Biophotonics Center the
Bioimaging, or perhaps
Integrative Imaging within the Beckman Institute at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. OSG is directed by P. Scott Carney.
Prof. Carney is an
Assistant Associate Professor with the University of Illinois
at Urbana Champaign and holds appointments with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology, and the Coordinated Science Laboratory.
Work in OSG has been funded by NASA, the NSF, the Air Force, the Grainger Foundation, and the
Beckman Foundation.
